Welcome to Nelle! By using our website or subscribing to our rice delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

 

Nelle is a curated rice subscription service that connects customers with high-quality, organic and traditionally cultivated rice varieties from local farmers. Our platform operates primarily through WhatsApp for ease and accessibility.

 

2. Ordering and Subscription

• Orders are accepted through our WhatsApp channel or any official form on our website.

• Subscription begins once you confirm your selection after trying our sample box.

• You can pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription by notifying us via WhatsApp at least 3 days in advance of your next delivery.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are mentioned in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment links will be shared via WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

 

4. Delivery

• We deliver to most major cities in Kerala and selected regions across India. Delivery availability may vary.

• Deliveries are made via trusted courier/logistics partners.

• Any delay due to unforeseen issues (weather, transport, etc.) will be informed proactively.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

• Since rice is a food product, we do not accept returns once delivered unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• If there's an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it via WhatsApp.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

 

6. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.

• You agree not to misuse our service for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

 

7. Privacy

Your data will be handled securely and will only be used for processing orders, customer service, and improving your experience. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Nelle reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and will be effective immediately upon posting.
