1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to:

• All major towns and cities in Kerala

• Selected locations across South India (expanding soon)

To confirm delivery to your location, please contact us on WhatsApp.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation and payment.

• Subscription deliveries are processed based on your chosen frequency (e.g., weekly/monthly).

We send a WhatsApp confirmation once your package is dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services to deliver your rice safely and promptly.
Deliveries typically take:

• 4–7 days within Kerala

• 5–10 days to other supported regions

Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free for subscriptions and sample boxes within Kerala.

• Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside Kerala based on location and weight. We will notify you in advance.

5. Delivery Issues

Please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours if:

• You haven’t received your package within the expected time

• Your package is damaged or the wrong item was delivered

We will review your case and ensure a prompt resolution.

6. Delivery Attempt

If the delivery partner cannot reach you on the first attempt:

• A second delivery attempt will be made.

• If the delivery still fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the product will be returned, and re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your WhatsApp number and address are accurate and reachable.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking link on WhatsApp (if available via our courier partner) or update you directly.
